Hi, I’m Emma. I work with senior leadership teams navigating the kind of complexity that doesn’t respond to another process change, another framework, or another away-day.
The teams I work with are commercially accountable, under real pressure, and honest enough to ask whether there’s a better way to lead. They care about building organisations that are genuinely good for their people, for the business, and for the wider world. And they’ve recognised that the way a leadership team works together either makes that possible or quietly gets in the way of it.
Thirty years in and around leadership teams. Fifteen as a team member and leader inside global organisations. Fifteen supporting them as a coach. I know what gets avoided in leadership meetings, what the unspoken tension costs, and what becomes possible when a team stops managing around the hard conversations and starts having them.
